Who we are

This website is operated by Signature-Sky Aviation (legal entity name to be confirmed), referred to as "we" in this policy. Contact details will be published once confirmed; in the meantime please use the contact form.

What this website collects

We keep data collection to what is needed to run the site and answer your messages.

Server logs and hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use this information to identify you.

Analytics

We do not currently run a third-party analytics or advertising tracker on this website.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, and message, along with technical details such as your IP address and browser identifier that help us detect spam. The message is delivered to our inbox through Resend (email delivery service). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and keep it for as long as needed to do so and to maintain a record of our correspondence.

Embedded videos

Videos on this site may be hosted by third parties: YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo (with Do Not Track enabled). For videos you choose to watch, we show a locally hosted preview image first, and the third-party player is only loaded when you press play.

One exception: on the homepage, on screens at least 768 pixels wide, a short muted background reel loads automatically from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). It does not load on phones, when your device asks for reduced motion, or when your browser requests data saving. When it loads, your browser connects to YouTube.

Once a YouTube or Vimeo player loads, the provider may set cookies or similar storage and collect usage data under its own privacy policy.

Fonts

Typefaces are served from Google Fonts. When your browser loads a font, your IP address is sent to the font provider as part of the request.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies of its own. Third-party services described above (video players, spam protection) may set cookies when they are loaded.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy, to the extent needed to operate the website and respond to you, or where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above or the contact form.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Inquiries about visits for school groups should come from a teacher, parent, or guardian.
